These 16" x 26" vacuum seal bags are manufactured from 3 mil, 9-layer poly-nylon film designed for long-term packaging and freezing of large primal and sub-primal beef cuts. The extra-wide format accommodates full flat briskets, whole beef rounds, brisket points, and other primal cuts that smaller vacuum bags cannot contain. Non-channeled construction requires a chamber vacuum sealer for use.

FDA and USDA requirements for food contact are met by the film construction and resin specifications.
