The 10×16 format handles large, flat or elongated items where the combination of bag area and fill weight creates elevated stress on the film and seals. Step up to 2 mil when contents have multiple contact edges, when the bag must hold its open shape during fill without support tooling, or when the application involves repeated handling of the filled bag — such as in distribution, kitting, or retail display.
