We have ordered from this company in the past and have been very happy with the shipping time and quality of the bags we have received. On this most recent order, however, the shipping time was very slow (it took a few weeks to receive our order), and the quality of the bags seems very different. The box in which our bags were packed was overstuffed and a number of the bags arrived misshapen/wrinkled. We can use the bags regardless, but typically we make these bags available for customers to fill themselves. The many that are misshapen and wrinkled cannot be offered to our customers this way. Again, they will serve other purposes, but it was surprising to receive this order in this condition after having been so satisfied with past orders.
