Bought these to use for sample pieces of Brittle. Because the bag is long (for lollipops) and narrow, it allows just the right amount for me to put in and seal. The bag seals wonderfully with a sealing machine-nice clean edges. Initially I tried a straight iron because I thought that would work and although it does, its not as neat as an actual heat sealer. Once sealed, it appears that it is airtight and water tight. The plastic is stiff and offers the perfect amount of support for retaining it’s shape. I would definitely buy again!
