I ordered these, on the website, it appeared to be five inches and not a half an inch. I ordered them, they are too small for what we wanted. I attempted to reach out for a return. I left three messages, via email and voicemail, absolutely no response. I am giving one star because the small bags are great for what they are. I am taking 4 stars away from the review, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, IGNORE CALLS AND EMAILS. CANNOT RETURN OR GET ANYONE ON THE LINE FOR A RETURN!!!!!!!
