We have nothing bad to say. We switched to NFC bags, as they are cheaper than our company we used prior. This was our first order. From the beginning to the end, service was great. Walt was very friendly on the phone. Walt called me to let me know that you would pay for shipping this time, as the bags were shipping from 2 warehouses, and would take a little longer to arrive. We applied for credit, and the process was very quick. I believe it was a day to receive an approval, once I sent in our references. We will be ordering again, the bags are great! Thank you. 5X9 3 mil 1000/CTN Flat Poly Bag
